Creating time in business to build a culture of health and wellbeing will encourage employees to adopt healthy habits at work and at home, including improved nutrition and lifestyle choices, and will go a long way to supporting a reduction in stress and sickness, encouraging clearer and smarter thinking, increased energy, motivation and morale, allowing employees to appreciate the rewards of achieving more with the intention deserved.
